Unicorn dress - AllSaints

I'm such a one-store offender these days, I know! Even more repetitive is my eternal love for horse prints! As you might remember, I got this awesome silk top with flying horses all over it a while back. Well I just couldn't resist this silk dress with not only horses but zebras and UNICORNS, TOO. To top it off, they're wearing knight armors and jewels. Holy shit! 

I did some digging in my closet a few days ago (sometimes it feels kinda like shopping, because of all the shit that's in there that I haven't seen in ages - my closet is like a different dimension) and found quite some nice things. I actually went in for the kill to get rid of some stuff seeing as my closet is overflowing (it looks like it's been projectile vomiting all over my room) these days. The conclusion? I just need a closet the size of my bedroom. 

Now.

Maybe in the weekend I'll get around throwing some things out. Or not. Probably not.

Hey everyone! I was planning to do this update yesterday but plans changed as I went to the WORST party in history on Saturday. It was all so much fun until about 2 AM (I vaguely remember laughing my ass off on the tram over nothing) and then everything pretty much turned to shit. Some dude poured beer over my head and I was so pissed (in both the British and the American meaning of the word) I punched him in the face.

Oops.

Anyway, as you can probably expect, I spent the next day, yesterday, in bed. Sleeping it off. Which is actually totally unrelated to today's blog's title, because Sleep This Away is an AWESOME song by Cancer Bats.

On to the whole point of this post: Outfit pictures! I bought this dress online a couple of weeks ago yet I'm still not sure whether or not I should keep it. When I first tried it on I spent a good 30 minutes trying to "fix it".

The cowl neck is huge (could double as a hoodie for rainy days) and the sleeves add a lot of volume as well. Photographing this without making me look like a body builder was quite tricky though I swear, it doesn't look like that in real life! I hope... 

It was €48, which, all in all, isn't a lot of money for a dress carrying this much fabric. I also really like the colour but guys! The fit! I'm so unsure! One day I love it and one day I'm like WTF VICKY WHAT WERE YOU THINKING.

Oh well. I'll just keep it for the time being. 

I'm just going to hang on my bed a little and wait for my three-day weekend to come to an end. Hah. I'm such a workaholic.

I've been nagging about it for weeks, maybe even months and now it's finally here: A brand new layout. Yaaaay! It's cost me a lot of time and effort, and more than once I felt like driving my fist through my laptop's screen. But it's here!

Unlike the previous layout, which was unfinished (the header) and partly blatantly stolen (the sidebar) this one's all mine, and on top of that, I have a nifty, dynamic navigation bar that actually does something (haha) because yeah, I added pages with all sorts of useful information.

I tried to stay close to the old layout by leaving the lacey borders and some floral print for you to enjoy, and in case anyone still misses that old, kitschy, half ass layout, sorry bro you'll just have to live with this.

Enjoy the newness (and the probable errors) of the blog, while I go and rest my eyes.
Updates with pics and stuff will follow soon!

PS: Have this song I'm currently madly in love with. It gets me all warm and fuzzy inside, haaah!
